
Leander Roerdink-Veldbroom has been Executive Chef at the Hilton Berlin since 1. September 2005.
He has also worked on the island of Borkum, a North Sea resort destination, and in various hotels in Germany and Switzerland.
As Executive Chef of the Members' Restaurant of the German Bundestag, he spoiled prominent politicians and state guests with gourmet cuisine.

At the Hilton Berlin, Leander Roerdink-Veldboom oversees 7 restaurants, the banquet service for up to 1,200 people, and the outside catering service. After the Hilton Berlin was ECARF-certified, he created special allergy-friendly meals for guests with food allergies.
