Representatives from the skin care and cosmetics sector gathered at the first expert symposium of the European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF) in Berlin. ECARF experts provided them with an overview on how to care for sensitive skin from an allergological perspective and a research update. The conference also included a guest lecture given by Dr Stephan Telschow of GIM (Gesellschaft für Innovative Marktforschung – Association for Innovative Market Research) on the current market trends in skin care.
Representatives of well-known manufacturers of cosmetics and skin care products accepted the invitation from ECARF. They participated in active discussions during which they shared their product development and marketing experiences in terms of allergy friendliness as well as new perspectives on how to address consumers with allergies.
