The 
Deutsche Haut- und Allergiehilfe e.V. (German Skin and Allergy Foundation) is headquartered in Bonn.
Since 1984, they have been successfully engaged in meeting the concerns of people with chronic skin disorders and allergies. The charitable initiative was conceived and founded by a joint effort of affected patients and the doctors who treat them.
ECARF and DHA are connected through a partnership seeking to educate and inform the public.
