ECARF certifies Hotel Hilton Berlin as first Allergy-Friendly 5 Star Hotel

The ECARF quality seal has been awarded to the Hilton Berlin as the first allergy-friendly five star hotel by the European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF) on 22 February 2007.
Prof. Torsten Zuberbier, head of ECARF, says that according to the motto: "For a better life with allergies" the seal guarantees allergy-friendly equipment and service. People with food allergies find support in the restaurants and people suffering from an allergy to house dust mites are offered guest rooms at their special disposal.
