Panorama Hotel Valbella
Panorama Hotels is the first Swiss firm to be awarded the ECARF Quality Seal for allergy-friendly service. The Panorama Hotel in Lenzerheide-Valbella allows guests with allergies to enjoy an allergy-free stay.
“The certification process involves an inspection of the premises for allergens, and sets standards for the avoidance of allergens in the future. The hotel’s personnel receives training so that guests with allergies can enjoy their holiday,” said Professor Torsten Zuberbier, head of ECARF.
