ECARF recognizes the product Albaöl

The European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation awards its Seal of Quality to allergy-friendly cooking oil
Albaöl is an aroma-enriched, thin fluid, 100% rapeseed oil product without water. It tastes and smells like butter, but it is completely free of cholesterol.
The oil, available in France and the Netherlands under the name Rapsodi, is particularly suitable for persons suffering from food allergies, as it contains no milk products and none of the 14 allergens with legal declaration requirements.
The producer, Taste of Sweden, is located in Dalby, Sweden.
