Vernel Softener

Scientific tests carried out in cooperation with the European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF) have demonstrated that “Vernel Hautsensitiv” fabric softener is particularly suitable for use by allergic persons, and the product has been awarded with the ECARF Seal of Quality for allergy-friendly products and services.

The fabric softener contains no artificial colours or preservatives. The ECARF seal confirms that the product is suitable for persons with sensitive, allergy-prone skin or neurodermatitis. The non-commercial seal provides allergy-sufferers with reliable product recommendations and stands for systematically tested quality. With the seal, the non-profit foundation ECARF aids allergy-sufferers in achieving the greatest possible relief from allergens and allergy-triggers in everyday life.

The allergy-friendly fabric softeners, in the two varieties almond or aloe vera, are produced by the company Henkel. They are marketed in Germany under the name “Vernel Hautsensitiv” and in other European countries as “Vernel Delicado” or “Silan Sensitive”.
